CasaNova Corfu is a boutique collection of self-check-in city suites in Corfu Old Town, Greece, managed by TitusCFU Hospitality Management. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the following policies and house rules.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Early check-in may be possible only if the suite is ready earlier. Guests receive self check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
Online web check-in is required before arrival in accordance with Greek Tourism Law for hospitality services and guest registration requirements.
For the standard policy, if the booking is cancelled 30 days before the check-in date, 50% of the booking price will be kept. If the booking is cancelled 6 days before the check-in date, 100% of the booking price will be kept. For bookings made under a non-refundable policy, the total amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
According to Greek law, the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee applies to tourist accommodations in Greece. For CasaNova Corfu, the fee is €0.50 per night from November to March and €2.00 per night from April to October. All taxes and mandatory fees are collected online as part of the reservation process, unless otherwise stated during booking.
No smoking is allowed inside the suites. Pets are not allowed. Guests must respect Greek quiet hours: from 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00 during the summer period (1 April – 30 September), and from 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30 during the winter period (1 October – 31 March).
The building has no elevator and access is via marble stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. CasaNova Corfu is located inside Corfu Old Town, where vehicle access is restricted. There is no private parking on site; guests may use nearby public parking areas around the Old Town perimeter and the Old Port area, subject to availability.
